ORDER DELIVERY


Once your order has been confirmed and the shipping fees have been paid, we ship your order to the requested address as quickly and securely as possible.

You will receive an email confirmation containing the following information:

  • date and time of the order

  • products

  • order number

  • total order amount

  • link to download the electronic invoice

  • information regarding after-sales service and your right of withdrawal

Product unavailability:
It may happen that theoretical stock does not match actual stock. In this case, you will be notified by email and will have the option to wait for the item to be restocked or to receive a refund.

DELIVERY IN MAINLAND FRANCE


If you have chosen home delivery, all products are shipped within 72 hours (subject to availability).

Delivery times are generally between 2 and 3 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of the parcel and are displayed before payment.

We recommend providing your work address to optimize delivery.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY


For shipments outside the European Union, any applicable taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient and will be requested upon delivery. In this case, the invoice is included with the parcel and a copy is sent to the customer at the billing address.

Our delivery times vary depending on the destination: please allow 4 to 10 business days for Europe, 5 to 15 business days for the United States, 7 to 12 business days for overseas territories (DOM-TOM), and 7 to 15 business days for other international destinations.

Important information - Shipments to the Middle East

Updated on 03/19/2026: Due to the current geopolitical situation, all shipments to the countries listed below are suspended as of March 19, 2026, until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

List of affected countries: Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Yemen, Iraq, Iran, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon.

SATISFIED OR REFUNDED

You have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to withdraw. In this case, you may obtain a refund from Customer Service for your order, except for the return shipping costs incurred.

To exercise this right, you may:

A confirmation email will be sent to you. You will then have 14 days to return the product(s) in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The return slip provided must be included inside the package, and it must be sent to the following address: 86 Quai Perrache Hall d, 69002, Lyon, (France). Any return not following this procedure may be refused and will not be reimbursed.

After receipt and inspection of the returned products, a refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days. If the return concerns only part of the order, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
