The brand Nataraj was founded in 2010 by Laurence Arvidsson Pujol. The first steps in the creation begin in India, country where Laurence resided for more than 20 years. The surrounding colors, the beauty of Indian women will give her the desire to create her first jewelry. Driven by her love of Indian craftsmanship and India, she named her creations after an Indian god, the Nataraj, Nata meaning dance or movement and Raja, the king.
From the very beginning, her husband Fredrik Arvidsson will be at her side in this new adventure. They will also instill this passion in their daughter. After studying archaeology, Océane Arvidsson decided to co-create new collections with her mother. Today, following Laurence's death, Fredrik and Océane have decided to continue her dream. He runs the workshop and she leads the creative side of Nataraj Collection.
